Promoting Queensland Seafood is the theme for the Queensland Seafood Industry Association exhibit at this year’s Ekka at the RNA Showgrounds in Brisbane. For 10 days in front of more than half a million visitors from the 7th to the 16th August you will see some of Queensland’s finest food and wine exhibitors in the Woolworth’s Fresh Food Pavilion.

Celebrity chefs and Queensland fishermen will showcase daily their finest wild caught seafood on the Taste of Queensland main stage. Free seafood samples will be provided to patrons at regular intervals during the day featuring magnificent Mooloolaba prawns, famous Hervey Bay scallops, delicious Spanish mackerel, male mullet fillets and South East Queensland Spanner Crab. These are just some of the taste sensations being served up to Ekka patrons during this 10 day food and beverage expo.
